i currently have volkl walls, using them mostly for park but im thinking about getting a rossi brigade, ghetto or the armada el reys as an all mtn ski while i can before i go off to college..

i have the orange 06/07 lange freeride 120s but i just ordered the dalbello rampage to use in the park and was wondering what any of you know about how they flex performs all mountain...i heard the toe box gets reallly cold.

perhaps i should sell the 120s and get the 110s??

thanks. i know this sounds gay to have two boots, but idk i just made a lot of money last week and i feel greedy.

does the lange and the dalbello fit exactly the same i.e. perfect?..

its very rare for someone to be indifferent between two boots in terms of fit.

I'd get the krypton cross for all mountain skiing, a bit stiffer than the rampage

toebox is cold, otherwise a great boot, get the cross or il moro with the ID liner to deal with the cold toe issue.

well, where i usually ski it doesnt get colder than 25 during storm days and i skied plenty of times kast year where it was well above 35 and sunny.. sometimes i wear two socks

i already called dalbello and palced my order lol, but uhh i guess my thread is throwin u off it should say

LANGE FREERIDE DEBATE

cuz idk if i should keep them or sell them for about $150 or less ( 10 day useage ) and get the freeride 110s or some other dalbellos ( my store carries them, im an employee = discount ) and we carry langes

so with that being said i was thinking about the

lange freeride 110s

dalbello krypton PRO ID (lime green i believe)

The pro is a whole different beast...but it can be made softer like the cross too...the ID liner is the way to go though, no matter which Krypton you get.

Yeah, look at your proform sheet in the shop, you can order silver and gold ID liners by themselves.
Really cheap too.

I have about 30-35 days on the rampages as my only boot skiing in Colorado, I enjoy the easy flex in deep days aIso I think they hold well at speed in most conditions. In 5 degree weather and under i do notice my toes are cold, but not to the extent of "I would not purchase the rampage based on type of cold ." I can tell you I enjoy mine.

I have not skied a lange boot since the pink panther days and all I remember is the pain from shin bang. I have no idea about the new products.

It is a personal issue. That sound like a cop-out statement but it is true, if you go into it, and know you are going to deal with a softer boot you should be fine.

i ski east coast on the rampages every day and dont spend my whole day in teh park and they work great for all mtn riding and park also. i ski in up to prob around -10 degree weather? maybe colder and on really cold days im sure everyones foot gets cold so i wear two socks but sick boot i love em also got a booster strap and i can get teh top so tight now and really makes em better.
