Dalbello Panterra 120 ankle buckle super stiff

As mentioned in the title, on my second day of skiing this season I went to take my boots off at the end of the day and noticed that when I went to go undo my right ankle buckle on my boot, that it was really stiff/sluggish and doesn't snap back when you lift the buckle. It just stays wherever you lift it to.

I'm kinda confused because there isn't any obvious damage to the buckle and I havn't had a bad crash so far. It's really annoying me because I have ocd elements and it's fucking with me. I'm not sure if the buckle is broken or needs replacing or if Its just nothing and could use some form of adjustment.

Has anyone else had something similar or kinda know what I'm talking about and know what to do??

Cheers everyone

Take it to a shop. If there is indeed something wrong with the buckle, and if they're a Dalbello dealer, they probably have a working spare buckle lying around somewhere in a bucket of parts. Hopefully they won't charge you an arm or a leg for it, and you should be able to replace it by yourself fairly easily.

OK righto so I guess best thing to do would be to do to a shop?

The buckles have micro adjustment by being twisted left for length n right to shorten, could just be that the buckle is too long or too short to really put any clasp onto the rail

Alright I'll try that first and see, but it's the part of the buckle you lift that feels really stiff which is why I'm confused
