Dalbello krypton pro cracked

bought some brand new dalbello krypton pro ski boots that somehow have cracked within 20 days of use? just wondering if anyone else had the same problem or has gone through dalbellos warranty before?

Call them up, they'll take care of your for sure.

I've been in these boots for 8 years, 6 different pairs, no issue

Did you take them back to the shop you bought them from?

If not, do that first.

Go back to the shop you got them from. Boots break there is warranty for a reason, as long as the break is not caused from a crash/impact you'll be fine. (if you bought online good luck....)
