Hey Im goin to be in Michigan and Whiteface this december and I live now in Montreal. Does anyone know where I can buy JUST the liner (and dont say D-Structure, cuz im not down with their service).

Also what should it cost?

try giving the dalbello distributor a call..you should definitely be able to buy liners on their own, but they won't be cheap.

If not, speak to a dalbello retailer and get them to order some liners for you
 
Yeah that should work fine. Really any shop that sells Dalbello boots will be able to get a new liner for you. I ordered an Atomic liner last year really easily for a customer last year.
 
You can also just order straight through Intuition Sports and pick up a power wrap, its basically the same thing if your Dalbello connection falls through.
 
You can get them from Full Tilt's website, but they are gonna run upwards of 150 for the cheapest one
 
Yes, the liners stretch so much when heat molded. Just go to a shop that knows what they're doing and ask for a nice toe cap for extra wiggle room and you should be fine.
 
in case anyone wanted to buy...buy fulltilts...its the same and half the price...which i so nicely found out today when the bootfitter was heating up my iD liners
