Dalbello and FT tounge

so my friend and I are trying to find out what boots we should get online and we ran into a pair of DalBello‘s that have the same looking tongue as some of the full tilts but my friend is worried that he won’t be able to replace the tongue because we can’t find Dalbello tongue replacements will we be able to use full tilt tongues on Dalbello boots

I don’t think he has must not have because there’s no periods it seems like a run on sentence I wouldn’t recommend buying boots online and I don’t recommend jerry rigging ft tongues into a dalbello boot

I mean skiing isn’t very cheap from equipment to day passes to season passes, depending the hill and how often you go.

No matter how good a deal is on boots, I would rather know they fit well, not just size but all around to make sure they feel good on the hill/mountain. Save money in the long run buying a pair that fits well

to buy a new set of boots?

try buying a set online and see what it will cost you to make them fit perfectly... or you could go to a bootfitter, buy what they recommend for your feet/leg and have any/all work needed included in the cost and have the fit guaranteed.

shit what was I thinking, they might not recommend full tilts and you won't look cool

Buying boots online is wack as hell and FT tongues don’t work with Dalbello tongues because they’re not the same brand, seems sort of obvious to me?
 
You can order dabello tongues from a shop. No they won't fit and won't work. You should be more worried about a boot fitting properly than if you can swap the tongue though.
 
I actually used to use full tilt tongues (the first chair model-tongues) on a pair of dalbello kryptons. In the toe area it overlapped a tiny bit but the mount of the metal pins of the tongue is the same on the two boots. The middle cable matched good enough. Would i recommend putting full tilt tongues on a dalbello boot? Probably no, unless there is no other option. Does it work? Yes.
