Hmm....i dont realy know who to talk to about this, i'm just going to post about it. a few months ago, i saw that my dad had gotten an email from www.udate.com about his membership. i checked out the site, and it's a dating site.he realy hadent done much of anything on the site yet, so i just ignored it until my sister saw it in the history and told my mom. after my sister told my mom, i told my mom about the email i saw, and she confronted my dad. i guess he talked his way out of it, because i never heard of it agean. lately i'v been seeing www.udate.com in the history agean, so i hacked into his account to look around. he has a quite large profile, including stating his marital status as 'not so happily married', and a picture. he hasen't talked to anyone else yet, but he has somone in his favorates list, and under the matches the site provides of people with similar interests/location, there are several people from the next town over. i have no idea if he actualy will cheat, or if he's just curious, but i have no idea what to do. any comments or advice will be greatly appreciated.

i just noticed that under what your looking for it says friendship - male/female. i feel kind of dumb now, but i still feel bad that he put down not so happily maried...

i am sure it may suck to read that, but you have to realize that there are very people who are actually happily married in this day and age. It's almost like there are three kinds of families right now. 1. divorced 2. going to get divorced 3. everything seems fine until the husband/wife kills the other in their sleep.

I don't really mean to make light of the situation as i am sure it's really hard for you, but you deffinitly aren't the only one going through what you are, and most likely everything will work out to some way.

dude, i had sort of the same experiance with my dad. just go talk with him and get the facts straight before u jump to conclusions like me.

Were all going threw it! I think sons have a totally different relationship with their dads. Cause my sister never even talks to my dad and she's more closer to my mom. Unlike me I still respect him and have convos.

 
Hey I'm just gonna put this out there. My parents grew up in the 50-70's and I think when people who have SEX before they're married will change their marrital life. I mean look at the marriges before us like Grandparents they waited to have SEX at the wedding night. And they stayed together forever. Just a though. Maybe we should wait for SEX until marrige and that will bring us closer to one true soal mate.

 
yeah man that really sucks. my parent broke p about 5 years ago, but it wasnt the same situation your in. but i hope things get bettyer for you.

sounds so much like my dad....i looked in the sent messages part o my parents e-mail and my dad wuz like...hitting on this other lady and stuff. i haven't talked to him yet but im guessing it just a little friendship thing
