Does anyone own a pair? Are they any good? The scout mittens are only 40 from gear direct and dakine packs are good but are the gloves? Anyone know any other warm gloves that arent that expensive?

yeah i have some da kine spring gloves. they arent warm but they are nice. they have padded knuckles and stuff. but i have these really warm drop gloves. they are cheap but they work.

 
i have some they were pretty cheap, but they absorb to much and my hands get cold sometimes, but chances are that because i got a cheap pair. i have dakine mittens too that my dad got but i took from him that were origonally 80, but he got them half off, and they are the warmest things ever, i take them off and my hand is sweatty. just make sure you dont waste your money, find out about the glove( what its made out of and if it is REally waterproof as tehy say) good luck.

Sure there a little on the exspensive side but i cant say i remebr when ive had cold hands with marmots............

 
I have a pair of the motocross style ones, Bronco I think they have goretex and are dope. I also have a pair of thin spring ones, they're dope too.

Dakine Gloves are really comfy, but they are not warm at all, perfect for spring skiing, but if you going to be skiing all winter get some from a different company.

i have the dakine adventure which is there top of the line 140 bucks.

i did not pay that much and they keep my hands warm in utah and mammoth.

i also have the bronco gt pipe glove with gore tex it kicks ass for anytime as long as it is not snowing.

 
make sure if you buy da kine the palms are reinforced, i got a pair for really cheap and ripped through the thumb and index finger because they weren't designed for skiing and dealing with the friction of poles

yea i think im ordering a pair of marmots. It gets pretty damn cold here so i want some warm gloves and our park uses a tow rope so they will be torn apart the first day if they are at all week on the fingers or palm
