ya, except after playing hockey for 10 years, I know that was not an intent to injure at all... it was a fairly CLEAN hit. Zednik had the puck, and mclerean hit him, it just happend that he hit him in the face.... unlucky, and I hope zednik comes out alright. As for suspension, anything more than a game suspension for Kyle is not ging to happen.

I dunno how you could call that a fairly clean hit. It may not of been intent to injure, but it did injure him and he's out of the playoffs. Besides, how often do people hit with one fuckin arm, there was no body, it was elbow to head, no shoulder to shoulder like it should be. I hope they let that dick Mclaren play just so he can get his ass handed to him by every fuckin habs player out there.

it was definately clean. he didnt throw the elbow on purpose, he was lunging for the puck and zednik shoved his snout into kyle's elbow. the shots on dafoe after was complete bullshit, and the coach of the canadien's comments was completely innappropriate about targeting billy guerin. he should get a fine for that

fuck that it was clean, a clean hit doesn't involve reaching out your forearm and taking a guy in the jaw, if he'd of done it with his shoulder it would of been clean, but he didn't, therefore it wasn't clean.

That hit was obviously dirty, nobody can throw a 'clean' elbow. But, the Canadiens coach shouldn't have admitted that there would be retribution, he should have denied that anything was going to happen and let his players take care of it.

i'd have to say, after meeting quite a few hockey professional hockey players, most of the guys in the league are friends, im damn sure that that hit was not meant to injure at all, the coach of the canadiens also acted unprofessional by yelling at the bruins bench something along the lines of 'Guerin, you're next'... i mean, what is that about...
Most guys that you think are 'dirty, and physical' players, are actually the opposite in real life.. PJ Stocks is one of the nicest guys ive ever met. McClaren is prety nice as well I hear, although I haven't met him.
