also on the topic, i guess a kid in my dorm got a DUI kind of thing for biking under the influence on campus...its the same penalty as a real DUI though, he's probably gona loose his license for 6 months

-jail for a month

-inpatient treatment for 28 days at Hazelton

-outpatient treatment for 2 months after he gets out of Hazelton

-license suspended for 3 months

..Otherwise he could of sat in jail for 6 months with his probation revoked.
