Anyone know what's up with them lately? I bought a shirt from them 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten it yet, I e-mailed them twice and haven't had a response... D-structure SF btw
 
Shipping might just take a whileYou'll get it for sure. And also you ordered during the holidays so that's probably part of the reason why it takes so long
 
They shipped decently fast when I bought some skis off them.. I would try to get their number and call them to see whats up?
 
they sent me an email back after a similar problem and they said it was something like a system error fyi

Yep they are legit, although the one time i bought anthems on sale from them they called me two days later and said they didnt have that ski any more which was a bummer that they didnt just update the site and save me some time but they were good in customer service at least
 
yeah. i bought a shirt a week and a half ago from SF... haven't gotten it yet. and they charged me eleven fucking dollars for shipping. i'm super pissed
 
not sure what the deal is but they are super legit over there. if your stuff doesn't come in soon, just give them a call and i'm sure they will be more than happy to work it out.
 
yeah but you got an insane discount i'm sure. they just did the same thing as tramdock where you get product at a really good price then they charge a little more for shipping, it's not that big a deal you still made out if you bought during there 30% off deal. got my stuff btw today turbo is so epic and i only saw the first 10 mins of it. Baller! And dstructure is legit
 
i just bought some skis from them and it took about a week for them to get here. just give them a call they are super helpful and will get everything figured out for you
