Who here works for D-Structure, I had a problem with my order and they aren't returning my e-mails.

seriously, they receive like tons of emails daily, so reading them all and figuring out wich one are tru is prolly a pain in the ass. Calling them is 10 times fasterand way more reliable

Yah D-Store never answered any of my emails so I took my business elsewhere and they lost 2 grand worth of sales. Tough shit.

I seriously doubt we never answered any of your mails.

Ok, sometimes it may take a couple of days because there's a lot of e-mails and we don't always have time to respond as they come in every hour of the day, but we make a big effort to answer back within a reasonable delay.
