D-structure fail?

My bad experience happened a couple days ago. I snagged some Invaders for super cheap of d-structure.com, a couple days later and my order is still processing. I call and ask whats up, and they jerk me around for over an hour, telling me they'll call me back, then not doing it. Finally they tell me that they don't have invaders anymore. Okay, well they could have told me that earlier instead of wasting my long-distance card. So I ask for a refund, and they are like okay our finance lady will do it ASAP. A day goes by and I still don't have my money, so I have to call AGAIN, then they finally refund me. Kinda lame that they have a product on their site that they don't actually HAVE.
Another one:Darkness23 ordered some anthems, but instead they sent him invaders, and refused to refund his money. Luckily they were the ones I wanted, so I bought them from him.
But what's the deal with D-structure? They seemed legit, has this happened to anyone else?
 
its hard to keep stock of what you have when youve got both an online store and a retial store. mistakes happen bro, calm down.
 
Same fucking thing here! I ordered some 176 AR6's. They didn't have them so they sent me some 171's. They said that I could send them back and they would refund me. I sent the skis back over 2 weeks ago. I called them a week ago and they said that they refunded me. Nothing is showing up on my account. Now I'm pissed.
 
Giving them money, and them sending you shit is perfectly fine.

It's when sending them shit back, and them giving money back is where the problem is.
 
Thats suck for you dude but I hope youll learn from this one tho.

If they cant update the website properly to the stuff they have in store, they shouldnt have an online store. And the fact that they had trouble refunding you is littlebit strange from them.
 
When they got their new era (D-S), they were asking to the team to pay for it...

I went in their SF store this fall- it sucked. Bunch of over priced ugly boutique clothes and a chick that didn't realize skis were sold without bindings.
They did have Turbo playing... that was about the only cool thing going on in there.

Yo d-structure is super legit man i just know they are super busy at both shops right now. i wouldnt worry too much im sure you ll get everything figured out... but theres def some sick shit coming out from them for next year so look out!
 
I had a similar situation this december when i bought and paid for a pair of anthems, and then a couple days go by and they call and say they dont have any left. It sucks but they were fairly nice about it, and there customer service is fairly decent, and got me refunded in a couple days.
 
You got lucky, a couple of days went by with NO call, I had to call them over and over to figure out what was going on

This is Phil Belanger the owner of D-structure Canada ( Quebec ). I am really sorry to hear about the problem you might have with d-stucture. All the problem seem to be with the San Francisco store. I don't think we had any major problem with the Quebec-Canadian store.

this is what happens when you deal with the quebecanese... they just dont get it.

 
Hey right now with the sale everything is getting sold really really fast so we have had some issues but nothing too crazy. every shop goes through growing pains and we will work to be better. No harm intended. If you have an issue feel free to call the shop and get it fixed.
 
i ordered a jiberish cross dot like a week ago and then they called me and said they didnt have any left... then they said they would try and get me one and call back.. this was friday and they hadnt called back tuesday so i called em and they just refunded my money. I have ordered from them before and it was fine, i guess they just need to update their online store
