how do you forget how? Anyways. I throw it so that it feels like I'm setting the rotation under my torso, kind of an up and back motion. It'll feel like you're almost throwing backflip, and then I set the spin, basically, if your body doesn't feel like it's throwing a misty at that point, you're doing it wrong. Set it right though, and you'll bring it to your feet easy. Dspins are hard to fuck up if you set them right.
