That other thread was super old, so here's a new one.
I was just up there yesterday and things are really taking shape!
I was working with one of their cat drivers ripping out rails, moving them around and re-installing them to be SUPER pimp. The street down roundbar at the top is fucking money now, then there's a little 16' flatbar with nice landing after. We re-built the battleship rail, and put it on a 5' tall deck, so that us skiers will have enough takeoff to make it fun. The DFD still needs to be fixed, but we'll do that tomorrow. The Flat-down is going to be super fun too... it's going to be the most perfect flat-down setup ever, plus the landing is like 200' long where we put it. So you can probably just jump over it as well if that floats your boat.
Today the landings of the jumps are being fixed and winched, and at the bottom of the hill they built us a SWEET hip. It's a leftsided hip which will be built to go really big on. End-to-end will be perfect as well, but we're going to make it rediculously massive for the pros that show up. Hopefully we'll get to see Gangier spinning up and over once again!
So yeah... going to be sweet!
