how do i do it!

i drilled out the top ( the wrist thingys came off)

then i tried to pull. nothing.

any help!

i thought those screws only held the straps on? You need to heat the grips and pull really hard.

use wrenches to pull. you will get a much better grip and it doesn't matter that the pain't gets fucked up because you are cutting that off anyway.

Heat the grips in a bucket of hot water.

bring a pot of water to a complete boil and leave your grip/ poles in it upside down until the water cools.

This will expand the plastic enough for you to remove the grips from the aluminum.

Take a hack saw, mark your measurements and then saw.

replace grips...PARK POLES.
