Cutting down line darts

so i did a stupid think and i cut my poles down befor taking of the grips now theres a the peach of the pole inside the grip how can i get it out?

You're and idiot, first off.

Try and grab the remaining pole with vicegrips or something similar and heat up the grip to melt the glue. Then just yank it out.

heat up the grip then try to ply-er (awesome grammarz) it out w/o damaging it too much?

i kinda tryed this i havnt had time to boil them to try and get it out but its kinda hard to get a good grip on it with plyers

Either use my first suggestion, or try this:

It really depends on the stiffness of the grip itself, you may indeed break it.

Heat it up with the heatgun, and crush the whole thing in an actual vice. The crunched aluminum will hopefully be easier to pull out.

Hell, its worth a try. You already ruined the poles, might as well try and fix it.

Put the poles in boiling water or under hot water then use a vice and slowly twist the grip off?
