I guess if you have no social skills and you think doing it is weird yeah if you try you'll probably be really awkward, and make it weird. What do you suggest all guys do only try to pick up girls outside of bars in at house parties, and let an opportunity of meeting a girl he wants go to waste?

No shit dude, if she was so cute he should have exchanged numbers the first time he met her. No one is saying don't make a move if you hit it off.

OTOH, going to someone's workplace just to pick them up has a serious creep factor. She's being paid to be there and be sociable/pleasant to customers. If you can't seal the deal the first time, don't go back and bother someone at work.

i don't think its that weird, it worked for me once with a cashier at a grocery store lol
