1337 Active member Staff member Aug 10, 2010 #2 Motion or after effects. You can do a lot of the designing in photoshop, then import into either of those programs (both accept photoshop documents) and tweak, rotate, scale, position over a clip or your final vid.

B Blandct Active member Aug 10, 2010 #3 as well as illustrator. Which I prefer most of the time due to the vector ability.
