I could make a rail or any kind of box for cost of materials plus $100-$200 depending on how hard it was. Then another + or - $100 for driving it to where you live depending on how far it is from Michigan. So the TOTAL would be probably $400. So you see it doesn't work. Look for a local welder or carpenter and see what prices would be for what you want. Its MUCH easier and cheaper. In my pictures section, in my profile, I could build you that rainbow box for $75 materials, $175 labor, plus gas money.

on the top it is lexan what they use on signs for buisness's and on the side it is fence post like the top of a chain link he got at menards

if you want to ship a rail it costs like a thousand dollars. It may be cheaper to rent a small moving truck and drive it there yourself.
