Custom Longboard

you're still missing the point. you're just cutting out a peice of wood, staining it, and calling it a longboard. it would bread so fucking easily
 
I have built a press to add concave, i have added more layers, i am doing as much as i can to make these longboards better, and i have still managed to lower the price around $50 so stop hating
 
You should take more pictures of your boards and maybe a video. Because anyone that is looking to do freestyle with these boards is going to want to know that they can take a beating. Also if you are looking to sell make some more normal shapes. People use the shapes they have for a reason (because they work well). Also I make boards that are tried and true and still sell them at around 100 dollars. you need to keep it low. If you are just making them for fun than none of this matters but if you are trying to sell them you need to think of these things. Not trying to be a dick but you need to figure this stuff out. and also stop bumping the threads so often.
 
O and 175 is an ok price if you are attaching paris trucks and O-tang wheels. but until you explain what type of trucks and wheels you are putting on no serious riders will want them.
 
I wan't to know the specs. There is no way that you are up the the quality of other small builders, Maxxspeed, nelson, and soda factory come to mind. lets see pics of your press, and the specs of your wood/ trucks/wheels. I think that you couldn't get away with selling your crap on silverfish so you turned to a more uneducated market. I spent 75 bucks on my current freeride deck from a small builder.
 
False, my friend makes incredible longboards and uses laminates and a legit press and quality wood and he sells his boards WITH otangs and paris's for less than that.

Stay off my thread, im trying to make an honest dollar, and you have no idea if my longboards are trash seeing as you have never ridden one or seen one other than online
 
I'm really not trying to trash your thread, or bash your product, if it turns out that my assumptions are way out of line i'll make a public apology and have a mod delete my posts. Although, I am very skeptical based on the pictures and (lack of) information that you've provided compared to other local small builders that I know personally (TR Custom Longboards, Karma Downhill, Soda Factory, among others.) Would you please post pictures of your press, the concave / construction of your boards, and other important things? I’m interested, I’m just very skeptical.
 
yes i will post pics of the press sometime this week, i am very buisy this weekend so i might not have a chance to get the pic uploaded
