Custom Longboard Co. Name...

sector 9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but seriously ummm...pudwack longboards...or something. i have no fucking idea. u gotta make our own its more fun.

well i've been waiting to unleash this on something i'd have to do, but im not creating a company anytime soon

ripe longboards. simple, yet effective. ripe is new and fresh and ready to ride

danksauce, i'm likin the ideas

so far the ones that jump out at me are (Steve's) Custom Longboard Co., ripe, and one i thought of myself, pilot longboards.

MORE IDEAS!

steevner, sboards, steezeboards, longsteeze, boardsteeze, steezesteeze

cuz seriously, longboards are some of the steeziest things on the planet.

I hope you know your shit, cuz Ive made one baord and people are already telling me to atart a company with them, and I know I dont know enough. whats your construction, how many boards have you made, are you selling complete or deck (if complete what set up), have you ever sold a board, whats your artwork like, and what do you ride.

I actually want answers to those questions

aren't you on silverfish too? that should guve you most of the info.

but since you asked...

I have a 60" long press with 16 ribs. fully adjustable camber with 7/8" concave with a max width of 11"

I've made a couple boards with my friends similar press, and 2 with my current one (cause i only finished it last week).

today a put a 60" 4 ply 1/8th" baltic birch boar in with about 1.5" of camber, forward biased.

i'll get pics up tomorrow.

haven't sold any boards yet, but have requests

i have pretty shitty artwork so i'm 'employing' a couple friends who are graf artists to just throw down on the boards.

i'll probably sell just the deck, but if they want a complete i'll put it together.

probably gonna sell the decks for ~$80-$120 depending on materials, artwork, etc.

Like I said, the boards will be anywhere from 80-120, i need to work out my materials expenses first before i can give a definite price.

if anyone's interested shhot me a pm

yeah man Im on the fish, whats your user name, Im still cam_bell haha.

Im impressed, you know your shit, good luck and keep us posted, oh and if you ever try fibreglass or composite let me know how it goes. and have you ever used veneers of a harder/nicer looking wood? I personally like having wood showing on my board, a nice piece of maple or oak with dark grain and some stain looks reeeealy nice. do you use grip tape or silica/epoxy?

Soooo stoked, finished a 5 footer today, it just flexes to the ground if you jump in the middle of it, no camber, lotsa concave! pics tomorrow

it actually wouldn't be a bad deck shape. have the wheels in the little cutout area so you don't get boardbite

when I was designing a board my buddy suggested an ice cream cone shape, and a turtle shape...

we dont get much done in physics class. he had a 48 so he dropped today. what a dick

We need NEW IDEAS . We will pick the best ourselves, but try not to just comment on previous names.

we want everyone to make their own so we get a wide perspective of input

Im still sticking beside the custom longboard name but i think the next thing you should do after this is make stickers. And then give me some

Post more. Or...
