Custom fees

If i buy a pair of skis (made in the USA) on the internet will I have to pay customs fees if its shipped to Canada? I bought bindings not long ago from colorado ski shop and when i recieved it i had to pay customs fees. But I think it may be because it wasn't made in the usa... anyways +K for good answers

If its made in the US, then you won't have to pay duty fees only tax.

It will be about how they mark the package. You probably will as it will be marked as goods (vs. gift) and it will have a higher pricetag. Usually they dont bother with anything under 100.
