Thinking about heading up tomorrow afternoon/evening and was wondering who had the best park right now between Grouse and Seymour? And by best I mean like biggest jumps, gnarliest rails...set up well, that sort of thing.

Thanks!

There are no gnar jibs at all set up on seymour, though they do have one decently large jump (as north shore jumps go). Last I saw, Grouse had a lot of soft metal. Haven't seen anything involving jumps from up there in recent edits.

Grouse has no good jumps, some decent rails. There is an Oakley night jam contest tomorrow night in their rookie park. hopefully there is a decent skier turn-out.

Is the "S" rail up? How big's the jump?

As for Grouse, what's the sweetest feature... and does this Oakley thing cut off access to the goods or can you work around it?

Oh, and do any of the parks have a good sound system? I can't ski unless Alicia Keys' new song is bumpin'...

theres a dope dfd and the s is set up and im hoping for a jump on sat

from what ive heard from people that have skied both lately is that grouse has a better set up but i havent been to seymour since it was just a tiny jib park open

just rode seymour tonight, they have 2 street style down rails, a L stepdown and a right beside it is a bit bigger of a stepdown that i think is XL, they have an M kicker and an L kicker, then at the bottom they have a barrel jib (side barrel style, not top jib style) a 30ft(i think) box that is slightly up and then right beside it is another L kicker.

As of this point now however don't expect anything better than that(more features but for sure not better for a while at least) since Keetley, the park manager just got fired for breaking the stair feature.

ya apparently keetley was too lazy and rather than trying to dig it out he just tried to drag it out with the cat and it broke.. so now seymour has no stairset or park manager

why do people do that shit, it never works to just pull shit out of the ground. Darren is going to be pissed his creation is dead already.

I heard Keetely got fired cause he was an ass and never got anything done

seymour put in a dfd at the bottom of the young gun park and are i the process of setting up another dfd and a dope up flat rail. Step downs up top are unique and a sick idea but don't have enough speed for fun tricks. Upper park is still short and ghetto, anyone know why they have had the sickest rails just sitting untouched on the side of the park for the past month?

reason #1: its mt seymour.. what do you expect

#2: theres no longer any park manager

#3: did i mention we're talking about seymour?

well they'd better hurry up and get sum shit rolling in the seymour park cause they got a slopestyle coming up on the 9th

it didnt seem like a stepdown when i was there.. it was pretty kicker-ish. anyone else been there that can clarify. not that i dont trust you, i just cant see them turning it into a stepdown

Seymours park is off the hook right now. Down rail lines. Down flat down lines. Nice table, Step Down. Kick rail. Couple boxes

Only gonna get better

Grouse's table is the best they've had in a long time. good tranny, good hang time, smooth lip.
