CURFEW HELP

Ok so my friends and I were trying to decide if since me and one other kid were 18 if we could bail them out for curfew? Lets say we are hitting a rail late night and cops roll up, are all of our friends safe cuz they are with 18 year olds or do you have to be related to them? Thanks
 
well 18 years old is a legal adult, so if all you need is an adult then you should be fine, I don't know your citys laws and such so I don't know if they have to be family
 
well sweetness i am not the quickest person in the world, you add ski boots and snowy steps and shit, plus not wanting to leave all your equipment their haha running away is kind of out of the question.

And we live in Wyoming
 
here a friend of mine got caught out late when he was 17 and he was with 2 kids that ar e 18. cop said he was out after curfew and the 18 yr olds were aiding to the delinquincy of a minor or something stupid like that. long story short the cop just told them to go home but who knows what would happen
 
In my town a responsible/sober (looking) person over 18 prevents a curfew violation. This is just from my experience though, i don't know the actual law.
 
you should find out exactly what the curfew is. to do this without causing suspicion call your local police department and say you need some information for a paper for school and ask what the terms of ther curfew are exactly. if they ask what kind of paper, say you are writing an short story for enligh class where a kid gets arrested becuase he is out after curfew and you need to know what age he should be or somthing like that. or ask where you might be able to look up the information. i am sure they will be willing to let you know.

i know in my town there is a curfew that is wicked gay. if you are under 16 and out after 10 you can get escorted home. and if it happens alot they will arrest you. but then they go even further to say that no store can sell food after midnight. so if you have an infant, and run out of formual, you need to go to another town with a 24 hour CVS b/c the one in my town leagally cannot sell it to you.
 
Where in Wyoming do you live because I live in Jackson and I was recognized as an underage girl out past 11 once way back when and they just checked us out and then said stay out of trouble and start heading home.

It wasn't a big deal at all. I can't imagine that you could acctualy get in trouble for curfew.
 
wow there are curfews in usa?? haha go canada no curfews at all you can be 8 at 4 in the morning and its all good haha how ridiculeous, if your 17 you cant be out passed 10?? loolz
 
Tell the officer that if you don't slay that rail that the balance between good and evil will be disrupted, and demons from hell will come and eat everyone on the earth.
 
just tell the officer its for a school project, in my town the law is that if theres a school sanctioned event or something like that then its ok haha
 
in my town cops dont care the one time that they approched me they just asked me and my friends( 3 of us) if we knew what time it was and i just said " yes i we do, sorry officer were just heading back from a friends house" and he said " well its pretty late i could bring you home if you want" and i said " no thanks i just live up the street" and he " said ok be safe( or something i forget)" and he drove away.

truth is we were walking back from a friends house but were heading to a party not home. And i often go for bike rides at night and i have never been bothered.
 
yeah iv never heard that before, and i live in vancouver, seen cops out all the time as late as 4 or 5 and never been bothered
