If you want to go really slowly down the hill, yes. Ski wax probably doesn't cost any more, so just do it right and use something that's actually designed for skis.
haha what a fag... using curb wax to wax skis.. its probably just as bad as using candle wax. i had to fix a snowboard that was waxed with candles and it was no fun.
