Cupolo Sports-legit?

I ordered something from them a few weeks ago, and I still haven't gotten it. They also said they would send me tracking numbers, which I also never got. I tried emailing both of their e-mail addresses, and neither worked.

Has anyone else had problems with them?
 
i'm actually having the exact same problem. 2 weeks and no tracking number, no product. plus those pricks charged my credit card the second i placed the order... most places don't charge your card until they ship it. i was getting concerned, so i called them, and they said i should have my shit by tommorow... so we'll see. either way, i would never order from them again. they price was amazing, but they are very unprofessional. wouldn't reccomend.
 
they had 111 negative feed backs out of like 900 on ebay, and most of the complaints were pretty harsh, i hope yo udont get ripped off
 
Well, I just called and they said they were sold out. Basically, they told me they shipped them AND charged my credit card, even though they didn't have the skis.
 
did you get your money back, i hope? what was their explanation for selling shit they don't have?
 
My cousin is a snowboarder and he's at KB. If you're talking about the Cupolo's in Niagra Falls, NY.

You're probably better to go straight to their shop, the shop really isn't that technologically up-to-date. So yea. Let's hope you don't get screwed.
 
yep, the niagara one. i'm gonna call them again tommorow... they said they shipped my bindings on Oct 13th by DHL... well, 14 days later, i don't have them, and the DHL website says shipping from them to me should only take 3 days at the most.
 
Cupolos Sports in NF NY? or NF Can. I go to the NF Can. one quite offten, they have good prices, but i probablly woul;dnt order from them, the owners are definatly shaddy I worked there for a while, good prices on good stuff, but you have to know what your doing and be carefull they dont ripp you off.
 
i just filed a claim with American Express against these guys. I'll get my money back, but i'd rather have my bindings. anyways, these guys are shady, never order from them. their prices look too good to be true... guess they are.
