CU housing

hey, i am going to CU next year and I'm trying to figure out what to put down on my housing application. I have looked at many of the dorms and decided that I like Libby, Baker, and Farrand, but I need to put a few more down on the application. I am wondering what other dorms are nice. I would like to be on campus, close to everything (not willville). Do any of you who go to CU have any suggestions?
 
I'm in Libby. Libby's pretty nice. Farrands the best. go for cheyenne arapaho, baker, libby, farrand, willard, or hallet. Those are all in the center of campus. Will ville has sick rooms, but it's a bus ride away from campus. They do have a liquor store right next door that sells to kids, though. Kittredge sucks. Don't go there.
 
thanks for your help. my friends in will ville and the dorms are super nice, but it would suck to be so far away.

anyone else have any other thoughts/suggestions/etc.??

Will Vill is sick, I don't care what you say. You have your own rec center, actually like 2 different weight rooms, the dining hall is never crowded, the rooms are way better, newer, and cleaner, parking for your car is right there, the bus ride only takes like 5 minutes. Hmm...give me one reason why Will Vill sucks it seems to me like it is better in every single facet.
 
my memory of boulder sucks. how far is it to walk from campus to willvill? it's not that far is it? cause don't the busses stop running at some point?
 
there are busses and its a pretty far walk. it's kind of a hassle so i would try to get a dorm on campus, but if you can't confirm in time then i wouldnt worry too much cuz the dorms are nice over there (from what i've seen) and you're still going to CU, and I will hopefully have gotten a good dorm so you can hang there.
 
jea for CU. i put farrand as my top choice, then baker, and libby. you can list farrand for double occupancy, single oc, and triple oc as three different dorm choices... sooo stoked to go there next year!

dangerous place - we removed all the doors, put up bamboo curtains and tapestries, had keggers and fucked shit up with the red shirt freshmen from the football team - FUZZY memories --- ahhhh
 
A note about Hallett: Only one wing on the first floor is the gay, lesbain bisexual, etc. program or whatever. I live on the other side and it is pretty sick. (Especially now since our RA quit) Any of the central ones around ferrand field are good, Willvill has some sweet apartment style rooms and a good grab-n-go but the bus thing really sucks. Kit blows, dont live there.
 
i live in kittredge, in Smith Hall right now. i like where it is, and the rooms are sick, but the food sucks here, and its a far walk to anything else. I would definitely put Farrand, Chey Ho, Libby down. Will Vill is sick, but im not sure i could get up any earlier for classes.
 
Yeah the Kit dining hall sucks. But at least you can get really drunk kids to jump in the pond. Sewall is pretty sweet but they are kinda isolated down there.
