CU Homecoming game bitches

too windy and i have better things to do than watch our football team get raped by a bunch of featherless ducks

your football team is fucking horrible. your sports program as a whole is fucking horrible. you are an embarrasing addition to the pac 12.

you act like we haven't know this forever. thats what i love, we lose three times more than we win, yet our stands will ALWAYS be packed with us fucked up and cheering for our shitty team. i'll be there

GO DUCKS!!!!! FUCK THE BUFFS.. THEY AINT GOTTTTT SHIT. BUT SNAPBACKS AND OVER PRICED WEED

2001 national collegiate champs.

we will come back someday, we did have a solid football team until the last 6 years.

i speak from experience when i say this(i went to WSU when we got beat by 60+pts 4 times and 50+ pts 6 times in one season): those blowout games are actually pretty fun to watch. You just see huge play after huge play. Its like the highlights of sportscenter all rolled into one game.

plus getting drunk and yelling with a bunch of other drunk people, especially females, is always pretty fun.

The Fifth Down Game was a college football game that included a play that the crew officiating the game permitted to occur in error. That play enabled the Colorado Buffaloes to defeat the Missouri Tigers by scoring a touchdown on the last play of their game on October 6, 1990. The ensuing controversy cast doubt on Colorado's claim to Division I-A's 1990 national championship, which it shares with the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. It has been called one of the top memorable moments and blunders in college football history.

lol dont start that csu shit in here.... no comparison. obviosuly csu is waaaayyyyy shittier in all aspects of everything.

fuckemup fuckemup go cu!!!!

oh wait we got murdered?

oh well... win or loose we still booze (#1 party school in the nation or whatever)

oh and all other (non-colorado) schools in the nation i went skiing this morning (so while we may suck at football) suck on that.

Haha it's not like ANYONE who went actually expected us to win! But seriously, that was fucking humiliating. However, it was one of the greatest moments of all time when we scored for the first and only time, our side went nuts. Oh and one morething. CSU sucks dick

CU yes but Utah will come back. They literally are having the worst year they have had in the past 10 years. Utah has no QB and has a very big problem with turnovers. They will come back and be better. But, CU football sucks and has sucked for years.

Cu has sucked for awhile but they're still the 16th most winning team in ncaa history. Cu has a history. Utah doesnt.

lol really? they're like 8-0 in bowl games and went undefeated three years ago and 12-1 five years ago. When they had urban meyer as a coach they were good too.

lol really? they played in the mountain fucking west! their regular season record is invalidated.

Utah sports do not have tradition or an extensive rabid alumni base, that every other school in the conference does. They have recently been good. that is all you can say, nothing more, nothing less.

Not to be an ignorant college kid, but i speak for probably 75% of people in college, anything before like 5 years (unless there was some epic championship or their parents went or something) doesn't matter to them, or me. How utah played before urban is meaningless to me and how any other teams played over 10 years ago is meaningless. One aspect about college sports that i like alot is you can play for 4 years and thats it, so the good teams switch every year almost. Sure, some teams with lots of money and good recruitment stay up there but take USC as an example. They won in 2004 then kinda just went off the top 25 until this year theyre finally making a comeback to the top 25. Trying to base a schools right to be in a conference based on the past is stupid because good players graduate, okay players come in, they graduate then good players come in, for ANY SPORT and the cycle ensues.

I disagree, because a good team builds a rabid fan base and strong alumni foundation. so when utah goes back to sucking in 6 or 7 years(its gonna happen), they will have almost no fans going to their games, because football and tradition are not intrinsically linked to being a UofU Ute.

A strong alumni base is super important because of the money it brings the university AND the conference. UoU has a shitty alumni base, and so doesnt benefit the conference nearly as much as the conference benefits them.

You see what im saying?

IDK, have the football games usually sold out? have you guys been a crazed football school?

Will there still be a repectable attendance when the lean years set in? Without tradition, there is little to bring fans to games during leaner years. So that school will start to rely on the conference for profits, instead of contributing to those profits.

Yeah i get what you're saying but utah games sell out every game and have for awhile, obviously more demand the past couple years. I think they will keep selling out games for awhile unless they go like 0-12 like 5 years in a row which will never happen.
