its pretty stupid. here is what you have to do: air out of the pipe like 3 or 4 feet, slide a flat rail and any other shape besides flat (kink, rainbow, curve, etc.), and do a 360. It is so easy my friend who was born with gimpy thighs and can't walk right got certified
