crystal is opening saturday with limited operations (everything besides high campbell), as of today (weds) they have 26 inches at the base, 50 inches at the summit. i'm amped!

Saturday was alright... but today f'n sucked, 70+ MPH winds, power outages, the mountain closed at like 1:30-2 today... some people got stuck on rex and chinook, they had to use the snowcats to get them down, but there open, and they plan to stay open.

The crazy part was some first time lessons were still going, even though no lifts were running, they were just hiking up and teachin.

yeah that was lame today, but i was in clinic so i was actually semi-happy we didn't have to stand around freezing for a couple more hours. people did get 20 dollar off vouchers for the closure...
