Crystal Mountain opens tomorrow! 11/19/10

IT’S OFFICIAL – we’re OPENING TOMORROW (Friday) with very LIMITED OPERATIONS! We’ll run the Discovery & Quicksilver chairlifts and tickets will be discounted to $20 for opening day. We are evaluating other parts of the mountain and plan to open more terrain this weekend – stay tuned for updates!

but alas, this cold snap will also be a dry snap. For it to be consistent, the wait must go on.

That they are, but non noobs who wish to enjoy opening day to the fullest can hike up and about around TLC and Lake E area if they feel the urge. Or just go this weekend when they open more of the mountain (i.e. Queens)

Yeah I was up there, none of the jibs were out & nothing was groomed & nothing else was open. But it actually turned out not too bad once it got packed down.

I was up there today. I'll be up there 4-5 days a week once they get more snow.

I hit a lot of rocks down below... my skis are ugly. and then hiked for some pow turns underneath the cambell chair that was totally epic for early season.
