Crystal mountain opening on the 15th

i definately want to go, just gotta do some schmoozing with the parentals. fuck, why did i sign up for the expo, i knew this shit was gonna conflict...
 
I want to car pool Grant, and I have a half day, but my mom still says that if I go up it will be my last day of skiing this year.
 
Me and Kevin are going (provided nothing comes up at work) but he has to be back in kirkland at 5 for work.

We can take two others but again, we'll have to leave at like 2-2:30.
 
For 53 dollar's to crystal they should have the whole mountain open!! But it don't matter I would pay more money than that because I haven't skied in 6 months. SPKA
 
i went to crystal during the season we shall not speak of. It was pouring rain and we skied on ice/rocks/slush/dirt. And tickets were still 30 bucks. Didnt feel like going home so we stayed and i got all wet. =(
 
So I take you work at crystal and now all the nicknames for the chair's. You know if it's still 53$ for only 3 lifts??? we don't count the bunny hill. And the snow level is suppose to spike to 5000. SHIT this is sounding as good as it use too. SPKA
 
I don't know for sure, but they won't be full op so they won't charge full prices, it'll probably be closer to 40. The 5000 ft snow level spike won't effect upper mtn much...
 
It seems like last year they had a partial opening and it was still full priced, but perhaps I'm mistaken.

There is a *chance* I may have to fly Wednesday, I'll know more tomorrow. If so, then me and Kevin will be going Thursday. I know this is not help to you guys (Hoose and Grant) but thats just the way it is.
 
Whats with all the shinanagans the dam snowlevel needs to stay down so we can all shred some NW pow on Wendsday. I might check out stevens on tuesday to see what were workin with. SPKA
 
itll actually be all good, because me and andy are gonna head up, and can give grant a ride (provided he isnt drunk), haha
 
so it is actula good that I am not going to be able to go becuse I have no way of afording it. with the ferry it would be $71 before gass.
 
Ok, I am absolutely good to go Wednesday, the testing I thought I'd have got pushed back a few more days! Yay!!!

So Hoose/Grant/Andy, if you guys are going up together you want to meet up somewhere and caravan up?
 
well I posted this in the snow watch thread but i thought I might as well do it here to have fun in "Rain... Heavy at times. Breezy. Snow level 7500 feet. Afternoon pass temperatures near 40. Southwest wind in the passes 10 to 20 mph."
 
yea weather isn't gonna be epic.....but itll give us a nice base for the weekend. I'd still rather be shralping crystal instead of sitting in math class
