It's funny, alot of people i talk to think that crips are from the east or west but they aren't in just one place. There is crips and bloods both on tha east and west coast. But the crips did originally start in Cali. Check out the movie Redemption it is a story of the guy who started the crips, he's played by jamie foxx. It's a dope movie.
