Crowbards = played

Thats like 3 of their goggles of one model, smith has such legit prices on their goggles, so does anon. Oakley optics = overpriced.
 
Kids that are sponsored should not make threads about another companies product and call it "played" or say "it sucks."

If you don't like them, or are not sponsored by them, don't use them. I've skied Phenoms, Soldiers, A-Frames, Wisdoms, and Crowbars and they are personally my favorite of the list.

dude , i have phenoms and crowbars and love my crowbars much more , and i dont call 150$ for crystal edition phenoms cheap:)

 
there have been scientific tests done on the lenses of a bunch of different goggle companies, and oakley's lenses were the most optically clear. that's just not disputable.
 
The phenoms with the turbo fan are the expensive ones. I think allot of people by crowbars b/c tanner, seth, JP, Simon, ect... where them
 
i didnt get crowbars because tanner or simon wear them i got them because they fit my head nice and they are cool looking and have the best perifrial vision

I don't understand how a clothing item can be "played"... but then again, I was always under the impression that you kids bought items based on your own needs/fit/style... but I may be wrong. Shallow newschoolers? Never!
 
personally my favorite goggle has got so be my Smith Prodigy, i just cant justify the price for crowbars

you just like smith cause your sponsored by them if you would be sponsored Oakley you would say smith = plaid cause the prices are the same
 
Also, his entire opinion is that people buy Oakley who dont even compare them to the other products out there. Hey evan, have you EVER bought a pair of crowbars and skiied with them for a season? Because if you have not, everything you have said in this thread is complete bullshit that no one should take seriously..
 
I actually fucking love my phenoms, but I also think crowbars are amazing. They are both great goggles, but I find myself wearing my phenoms more often

i have a's, wisdoms, and crowbars, I like the crowbars the best.

but they fit my face really good and are light.

best lenses ever too!

maybe its not the goggles that are played, maybe its just you. so last year dog.

Hey! I have an good idea! How about everyone gets thier own priorities in line, and buy the goggle that best suits them. Whether it be based on looks, helmet compatability, price, field of view, fashion. Just get what you want and stop trying to convert one another like a bunch of fucking jehova witnesses.
 
so true man, but this is NS, and people come on here to share their stories, and get people's opinions on products, so they don't get scammed.

Personally, i'm gonna get crowbars, and decided before i got on NS. I don't care what the pros wear, but you know, all the oakley pros wear crowbars now. Why? probably because they are built and fit so well.

Personally, i don't have enough money to waste on a pair of shitty gogs. I think only the rich kids would get a nice looking pair that doesn't work.

Go with Smith, Spy, or Oakley, or whatever other company you like, but you can't argue a good product that looks good too.

I'm sure that's why most people have them.
 
well said! Its more just the kids who say "oakley is shit, smith is better," with no experiences or facts behind it that get on my nerves.
 
i have used all sorts of goggles from spys to smiths oakley a-frames and i personally think the crowbar is one of the best goggles i have ever owned sure there high priced but tossin out a little extra cash is worth it they are a great investment
 
i havn't had any problems with my crowbars and they fit my face good. i like them. its a personal opinion..sure there are some kids that choose goggles cause thall wears them but i don't think as many as people think. they are just a good goggle in general
 
Forget them man...do what you want. So what, if you like it then it is all good. And I don't think that shit really gets too played, especially gog's
 
i havent read alot in this thread but goggle fit is personal goggle chose is personal you might like spy while your best freind likes anon or oakley or somehtin else..personly i dont like anything but A-frames and Crowbars from oakleys goggle line i have a pair of wisdoms dont like the way they fit and smith has a goggle thats way bulkyer than the crowbar crowbars are sick buy oakley
 
They are expensive but I love the way that they fit my face, so i feel it was worth the 50$ i paid to get them, but i am looking for a cheaper goggle this year to compliment them because lenses are wayyy to pricey for me to have multiple lenses

i've never had crowbars, but i was thinking about getting a pair, because i really do like oakley stuff and i had a frames last year and they were great.... so im probably gonna try out crowbars, because i think they look cooler.....and i know they'll be nice, because i've had oakley goggles before...and oakley does usually make nice stuff

and i wouldnt ever not buy goggles just because everyone has them.....so what, if you like them, get em
 
damn this thread is fucking wack. a kid who has a deal with smith wants to let eeevvvverrrryyooonnneee know that he thinks another goggle is played out. then claims he doesnt care, do whatever you want, but continues to post like 34 times in the thread arguing about it(not forgetting to post that he gets free goggles of course). heath go learn some tricks nigga you cant even spin onto a rail or cab 5 or fucking anything. worry about your skiing before your sponsor drops you and YOU have to shell 100 bucks for goggles.
