splices are attached to the strap. crowbars are not. so no. and yes, respectively.

That's the thread that was linked from the thread I was talking about. It has pictures and explanation on how to remove the strap from the riggers on Splices.

+k for the schooling i was completely unaware of that. That makes me like my splices that much more than my crowbars.
