Crowbar, Any Good?

Alright so heres the deal my friend and his sister are telling me that crowbars suck. So i was wondering what your guys' opinions are. I'm from the northwest so I'd be using them for pow most of the time. Thanks

So why are they telling you they aren't any good? I have two pairs and both have held up well and fit easily with my giro g10 helmet. The question is really not whether they are a quality product - they definitely are - but whether they fit your face.

such a good goggle. outriggers keep pressure of your face, sick oakley quality which means durability and a nice selection of lenses to suit the weather conditions, and they fit beautifully with most helmets

They are the best goggles I have ever owned, only you can't leave them in ur ski bag after you come home, cause they will fog up all the next day, you always have to air them out when after skiing. Other than that they are perfect.

Your friend probably doesn't like the look of crowbars or something, because they are my favorite goggles I have worn, compared to others like the Dragon DXS goggles, Scott goggles (i forgot which model), and smith goggles (again I forgot which model). Other goggs don't compare to the crowbars.

One of the best goggles i have ever worn, work in every condition and very easy to switch out lens's. If anyone tells you there bad then ignore them.

Also you can switch around strap/outriggers/lens/frame to anyway you want.

crowbars are a well structured goggle and they look good at the same time. and it doesnt rly matter what type of conditions you ride, there good for anything depending on the lense

Please try them on man.
Ideally you want to have a larger face, but it's not essential.
Make sure that they fit on your nose bridge fine, I have had 2pairs and warrantied/sold them both as the padding started to peel away, this was due to them being uncomfortable in that area.
I loved these goggles and wished they were perfect for me,
however i then tried on the Electric EG2 and was super stoked on these goggles. They fit better, have less pressure on my face and the lens is huge, you can't see the frame at all. Real solid goggle that you should consider.
But try them before you buy them, it's not important like boots are, but i gt so pissed off when my goggles kept irritating me that it could put a downer on my day.

so it sounds like u could just take your friends goggles off his hands if he doesn't appreciate the "best goggle on the market"

The Crowbars are the best goggle i have ever worn, no sag, no pressure points, very well ventilated, and a wide range of vision. I have tried everything, smith, dragon, spy, etc. Nothing compares tho the crowbars, even within oakley, the wisdom was the worst ever

I absolutely love my crowbars. They aren't the most perfect fit on my face, but pretty damn good. The goggle itself is unbeatable.

They are way too narrow for my face so for me.. they haven't worked at all. But they seem to be quality though. If they fit your face get em.

the crowbars are nice-but it seems like everyone has oakley these days. i have the Dragon Mace goggles, id go with them there dope

That's because oakley makes sick eyewear. I thought the same thing. "Everyone has these so I'd rather have something else." Then I tried them on and I didn't care that everyone else had them.

I also had a pair of Crowbars that I like a lot...and I mean A LOT.

I sold them to try some Electric EG2s, and I gotta say, I might like the EG2s better, I'll know more once I actually get to ski with them, ha.

Oakley makes probably the best (or at least among the best) optics in the game, that's why they can charge what they do, the quality is worth the price tag.

The electrics seem to fit me better and have a wider field of vision though, and both distribute pressure around your face evenly.

Crowbars are awesome goggles, but there are a lot of other quality goggles out there, I'd try on a bunch before buying, a lousy fit isn't the worst thing to happen to your day skiing, but it definitely won't help any.

they look good, have millions of lenses to choose from, plenty of colour combos, great field of view, best optical clarity, ok price fit helmets well...
