I just thought I'd let my fellow appleheads know about this program that came in a torrent i downloaded. Basically it's a mac based program to allow you to run .exe files. It's pretty awesome to run all those files that you couldn't normally run especially some games and shit. apparently its excellent to play counter-strike, half-life, but it sucks for big apps like office, adobe, etc.
havent tried it for small .exe tho, it seems like it should work fine.

I haven't had much of a reason to use it yet but so far I really like it and it's nice to just have sitting around in case.

after i download it i cant get it to run it says there is no default application and idk what to choose. help?

what are you trying to run? I found out it doesn't work for games and shit it has to be a pretty simple .exe app.

Maybe it's not a program, but rather a plugin?

idk from the look of it it was an app

you tried double clicking the .exe and it didn't just start tcrossover up automatically.

yea i cannot get crossover itself to work like it wont download and be a program it just sits on my desktop
