Crossing the boarder

im 17, im from canada. im going to vermont for a couple days with some friends. do u think that i will have any problems crossing the boarder? like will hey search my car or anything?
 
you shouldnt have anything in your car that is illegal because they can search your shit at the drop of a hat and you cant do anything, plus they have drug dogs and shit so its really not worth risking, and if you dont have anything in your car thats illegal it wont matter if your car gets searched, so buy weed in canada because its probably cheaper
 
just a heads up, when you go, make sure you have your birth certificate(sp), and other photo id, which can make it quicker, and have them ready. i have seen people ripping appart suit cases looking for their birth certificate.
 
I sure do I am 26 and couldnt cross from WA to Canada to go to Whistler cause i dont have a Passport and being that you are a minor i do believe that you will need to have your folks with you
 
^just make sure you have all you and your friends passports before you arrive to the border, so you can easily give them to the cop. turn down the music and look as non-threatening as possible. take off your hats and sunglasses etc...

that usually works for me. i doubt much would happen if they found alcohol, but just put it in like an ice tea containor or a coke bottle so its not super obvious.
 
I went with my school last weekend and at the boarder a cop came on the bus and asked if anyone wasnt born in canada or the U.S one girl was... he checked her passport, no one elses and got off the bus. On the way back into Canada a cop didnt even come on the bus haha
 
yeah they radomly check cars, so deffinately don't have any thing illegal with you just in case.

I want to go to canada with a few friends and we are all 17, are you allowed to cross the border with out a parent?
 
^ i think you just have to get them to write a note or something... you might wanna ask your parents they'd know
 
yeah i was thinking about crossing the boarder from mexico to the us this summer. any advice. mi madre says that it real danj-er-ous but i got no clue what to expect hozer. i was thinking about hiring one of those muchachos to help, but they are often criminals and i just don want my harvest to be jacked, yoo know wad im seying?
 
I just crossed this past weekend with just a liscence. But yeah if you're under 18 you probably need a notarized note signed by both your parents.
 
i think if your under 18 you can walk across the border and if your over 18 you can drive across the border. sounds stupid but im pretty sure thats what the laws are
 
they will probably stop you and give u a nice anal probing...dont worry, it feels pretty good
 
get a note from your parents (and everyone else's parents obviously), and bring your passport. and don't have any alcohol or drugs in your car.
