if you have a gym around you with those trampoline type things into big foam pits, that can help a lot. Also playing other sports keeps up your coordination and strength

Last year i used tramp (dosent help that much), i skated worked ok to learn backs and learn ballance in air, we also set up a water ramp for skates fun and helps a shit load we where getting 15ft up, and acorse carpet rail when you can lean most anything in a summer. This year im going to try and get weights for my legs and run, carpet ski and water ramp.

the weights are cool, it does change the feel. throw on a pair of cardboard skis or can.tire plastic ones to practice throwin some dif grabs in.

I love blading pipe all summer, heh, or take a skate table and put two sections on top of eachother to make a jump out of it. they don't really like that until you start throwin big off it lol.

Does anyone else find switch landing a little more difficult with inlines? and wtf is with all the flat bars in parks with no round rails, that's crap.

'Too many rookies, not enough pros' Roy, as we watch our friend Dave try to have style

'What are they gonna do?, show us up, (followed by a lot of laughing)' Roy and I having a convo between ourselves wondering what would happen if a couple boarders in our park got mad

'I could be skiing right now.' Me in my friends car with some ladies at about 12 for lunch, they're singing, I'm bored, they weren't too happy, but they got the message and I went skiing sooner than I could've hoped

'hey baby, it's no good if your friends can't have none' My friend Dan, as he attempts to share and mack a broad at the same time

ya i have never tried to rollerblade to use as a crosstraining. maybe it is because our park is just an area of cement. but i am thinking on trying the ankle wiehgts if that does work

I do alot of backpacking and summer mountaineering...rock climbing as well. They help keep me in good shape overall.
