right now im riding chronic "wides" not much sense calling them that since thyere only like 87 or 88 underfoot...theyre pretty stiff but the legit chronic might be a liil softer. as for the way they ski, the fucking RIP it hard as long as its about 4 inches or less....they have a tendancy to dive to the bottom of powder so that might be a lil bit of abitch sometimes to deal with. but this past spring i had a blast on them shredding around alta, a went to the park a few times at other resorts and they were pretty legit as well. i switched to a buddies old school motherships one day and fell straight backwards because they were so soft in butter/presses compared to what i had been used to....chronic wides are pretty much the shit for shredding around like a day or two after a storm when most of the shit is cut up some and you can have a lot of fun with them.
i hope that's sarcasm because the KGB's are anything but soft as far as a park ski goes..... the KGB's are lighter but less durable, I liked the chronics better, seemed more solid, i've skied both but only for a day each o i don't have the BEST idea as to how the ski but i have some sort of idea, if you want liberty's go for the Larose's, hands down best ski i have ever been on
