I got a t2i last year and this was one of the first edits i made. I am new to the video making scene and would like to improve. Let me know what i should do or not do.I had a broken wrist while filming this so follow cams were tricky and didnt really use any. I would love all the advice or criticism i can get to improve in the future. Thanks.

At first I was feeling like the 1 clip for the 1 trick was kinda repetitive but towards the end I felt you added alot more angles per trick which is nice viewing wise. Also what resolution was that? when I tried fullscreen it just didnt look that great. But I liked it with the song alot too good work

its 1280 x 720 at 60p. quality isnt as good as other peoples with a t2i and i dont know why. Thanks for the feedback

really liked that! super good song, what was it btw? loved the different angles on some of the shots. the lighting and focus seemed good! the only thing i would have done different is put a few more lifestyle shots in the middle and maybe a few less film burns

dope edit man. I always love it when people throw in multiple angles for 1 shot like at 1:05. More of that and rail shots from the front and your good

Thought that was really sick! But the only thing is that you used the film burn transition a bit too much imo. Bother than that it was super sick

that was pretty good for a first edit man, but like others said, less film burn and longer shots that or more than one trick and it will be even better, keep it up

super sick for your first edit.

Only got a few things to say. Some of the shots could have been a little tighter. It felt like you were shooting wide a majority of the time. Also, some shots were a tad over exposed. If you dont have an ND filter, get one. They are a life saver on hill. Lastly, you may want to invest in a glidecam or nice tripod if you are serious into filming. Shots look so much better with decent stabilization.

Just invested in a new tripod so i can get tighter and more stabilized jump shots. saving up for a glidecam as we speak. and i will look into an ND filter.

Glad you thought it was sick.
