Im still learning the ropes of final cut but this is what iv got so far. just busted out the camera with some buddies and this is what came out if it.

Any Comments welcome!
 
Two things that stood out to me. During the cliff jumping segment the people talking was kinda of distracting and annoying. The 1 day in the park title bouncing around looked kinda of amateur and didn't really seem to fit in with the rest of the edit. But overall a really solid edit, nice job!

And I swear I've heard that song in a ski film or edit, did you get it from one?
 
Edit was very well done. I like the the song, and it definitely seems like I have heard it used in something before. I don't think it was a ski movie though.

The Mason Quarry title looked good, but as was said above, I thought the other titles looked amateur, especially compared to the rest of the edit. Also I wouldn't have used that sort of b/w collage effect for the whole skating part. Just using it for the first couple shots of that segment would have been a bit more subtle. Other than that all of the effects and transitions were nicely done, subtle, and fit with the feel of the edit. Oh and nice butts.
 
Ahhhh someone just said it but hot lunch is my favorite ski movie and I can't hear that song without thinking about it
 
Great work dude, nice shots and editing. That being said, the opening of the skate footage was kinda disorienting for me. Idk, maybe Im just slow, but it kinda threw me off for a minute. And sweet tracker haha
 
its not mine, its my friends. but i use it quite a bit and its a pretty nice lens. i have heard that the tamron 17-50 is better though
