Critique my mountain biking video

id just say add a bit of contrast or saturation, the colours just werent quite popping, but the filming was great, good camera angles and really easy to watch great job
 
On the last video I really liked the transition at :53 it was super smooth. Also on the first video when the guys hit the drop you can tell that the one dude is just sitting up there waiting in the back. You really want them to be out of sight when they start so it seems more continuous.
 
Some slider shots were very good, but others stopped panning/sliding while riders were still in frame, distracting.

Framing was mediocre. At times the first jump would be framed nicely, then the roost berm after would be framed poorly.

Too many static shots. Static shots are ok with interesting angles, or focus pulls, but those angles were straight on and meh.

Try to get tighter with your pans. It will look faster.

Don't use overused songs.

Good work though!
 
the movement/ framing/ composition was pretty on point, a couple things i would have done differently..

different song, the one you used doesn't quite fit the mood... that being said, there was really no build up or mood set, it just jumped right into action with some edm music. And the shots seemed rather under exposed and lacking color, dont be afraid to get experimental in post!

all in all nice job
