Critique My First Edit Please

Just as the title says this is the first edit I ever made, filmed with a go pro helmet cam and edited with sony vegas 7. Just looking for a little constructive criticism, tried playing around with a couple effects here and there and was wondering what worked best. Wish I didn't have to use crash footage but I wanted to try and edit something and this was all I had. Enjoy...

To embed when you reply their is this little button on the top with an "f" on it just click that a window will open that will tell you to paste the code. Do it then click add video and it will be their.

Overall: it wasn't much of an edit... just like clips put together the the beggining though I would have just put bigger white letter and don't put any of those like beam in texts and stuff like that just straight up change to each one.
 
ha ya i agree with the beam stuff, i was just screwing around with some effects and forgot to change it later. how do you think i should improve on the other part though? tried to put the clips together with the music but does is the problem that it doesn't flow that well?
