Critique my edit!

Evan JUST released an edit with that song. Just cause you use a song a pro doesn doesnt make your edit better, IMO its a big turn off, like as soon as i heard that song i was bored because it had been not only used, but used recently
 
Other than using the song I just used in an edit about 10 days ago, it was pretty sweet!

Thoughts:

-A lot of the shots were mad shakey and its pretty apparent you're using a dslr because you had some bad rolling shutter in some shots. Do you own a tripod? if you dont, id suggest investing in one or at least picking up a cheap one if you can afford $250 dollar one, it will do wonders.

-Some shots were a wee bit out of focus and some shots were also a bit over exposed, try to watch out for that next time

-Most of your shots were way too tight. Lots of cut out heads, step back a little bit or invest in a wider lens and your shots composition will be worlds better.
 
exactly what I was going to say. I did enjoy it though and the skating was sick.

And props on the orange name Evan. You deserve it!
 
skating was sick, i like how it was different than most regular fish eye, boring skate edits, this was good

a little shakey, like etheath said a little light as well but very good overall, that song never gets old either, i thik its not as bad sense its a different sport but none the less
 
basically whats already been said. i feel most of the shots were filmed a little too close and a few steps back and a tripod or some stabilization and this would be really sweet. just tips for next time.
