Why did I just read that entire reddit thread?

This is almost as bad as the night I watched all the marble hornets videos or that time someone posted "Begotten" in the scary videos thread.

Ughhh... time to watch some cartoon network.

Evidence points to a kid having fun. Quite technically sophisticated mind you.

It seems that the people trying to solve this have hit a brick wall. Either the files they're working from are damaged so they can't get all the data or there's another layer in the challenge. It also seems that the results they're getting from what they've solved so far aren't interesting enough to continue, so I'd expect this to die out. I'm monitoring the IRC though, maybe something interesting will happen.
