Anybody have some ideas for different tramp tricks other than your average cork, flat spin, backflip, etc?

Im getting really bored with throwing your basic bullshit and need some new stuff to try.

Doubles?

Try to make massive combos using your back aka back drop backflip to backdrop 360 etc. doing a misty 5 from hands and knees to hands and knees looks dope btw

Shit tons of bed tricks i.e. log rolls, front and back drop plus flip combos from and to backdrops. If you can't cody with some spins then stop complaining and get to work.

My self-made lincoln flips.

Brock flip: 1/2 lincoln loop, 1/2 frontflip

Ash flip: 1/2 lincoln loop, 1/2 backflip

360, but you land switch

BIO

Try spins and flips whilst making a loop with your foot and opposite hand, and threading the other foot in and out. Like a weird screamin seemen

Shifty's in your flip, grabs, double grabs more rotation, less rotation, smoothness etc.

ok guys i can misty 5, 7, cork 7,9, flat 5, 7, rodeo 5,7 and a few grabs on each like japan, mute and safety but where do i go from here, tramp not bouncy enough for dubs and no one can double bounce

my tramp is really shitty but i got to learn every trick spinning up to 1080 both ways, after that you can work on technical stuff like flat 3s, cork 3s, screaming seamans, etc

do two handed grabs, combine two grabs in one trick, and cork 5s and 3s

dub left foot japan floats around real nice on corks. also i can sometimes cork five pretz 1 which is difficult, i also can do a 10 into a backdrop, and i can throw kosacks in every once in a while

I've got a couple that I've seen/done

1. Egg Roll - really weird to explain but bounce super high layout superman style then roll over 180 so your stomach is facing the sky, then backflip and land

2. Pimp Flip - misty 5 to backflip (double flip not two different tricks)

pimp flip at :26 in this video and egg roll at 2:25

Called a matrix flip I believe but it's not common so who cares about the name

Lately I've been trying flat 3's but in the middle of the flip shifty and start spinning a 180 the opposite direction so it's kinda like a flat 1

learn bios, misty's, rodeos? And learn your tricks spinning the opposite direction. As far as fun little tricks, brawnie flips, underflips, lincolns

- Cat spins (back drop spins) are insanely fun

- Any Tanner Edit ever will give you x100000 inspiration. And if you can do all if it I call bullshit

really fun tricks:

bio 9 with tail grab

really hard tricks:

Anything with a liu tang

and fuck you must be a tramp legend

As previously stated, unnatty feels like a whole new realm, also its pretty fun to pretend your doing "switch" stuff by 180ing in like switch cork 9 and so forth.

If you have access to an actual tramp at a gym or tramp center, not a crappy backyard one, you could try something like this. I used to do it all the time. It's a series of stomach and back drops and spins and flips. It helps with your control and it's a fun way to just fuck around. It goes:

Seat drop- stomach drop- 360 back to stomach drop-roll to back drop( two or three bounces to get some height)-one and a half back flips to feet- misty 5 -front tuck- back drop- 180 to back drop-one and a half back flip to feet(sort of like a double back progression but opposite)- fly spring - back handspring then another fly spring to a double front

Obviously you can make up your own shit but connecting stuff like this gives you control and none of it is difficult so it's pretty fun.

start doin some gymnast shit. they're sketchy as all fuck when i do them but front double fulls (front flip on axis 720) are pretty fuckin fun to do. can't really do back fulls still but wanna get those down. then as said above theres a million different bed tricks to try too. you can even do like a cork 7ish thing to your back to log roll. or do a double cork set to your back and do tricks out of that. re learn everything unnatural. try endlessly to do the elusive 180 pretzel 180. do a cork 7 lead japan. better yet do a flat 5 lead japan. do a dub where you go cork 10 to cork 5 that'll keep you trying for a while...

Anybody have some tips for going for doubles?

First, you obviously you need to be able to do singles without much effort and you need a good sense of air awareness and control.

I can only double front and back so if you're trying to do rodeos, mistys, corks etc. it might be different. I don't really know.

If you're trying a dub front pretty much get more height and stay tucked. You'll feel where you're supposed to open up in a single but stay tucked and you'll land on your back.

When you get comfortable with that and want to throw it to your feet get about the same height as you've been practicing going to your back with. Then when you finish the first flip don't open, and then you'll go into the second flip. It's hard to explain but you'll be able to feel the end of your flip and when to open up. It's all air awareness.

For dub backs, progression is the exact same. One and a half flips to your back. When your comfortable throw a dub by staying tucked the whole time. It'll be easier to spot your landing on a dub back too.

Tl;dr get more height and just stay tucked and you'll flip twice.

/\when learning dub fronts, keep your knees spread about shoulder width in your tuck. your nose/teeth will thank you. also everyone is different but personally i think dub misties and dub lincolns are the easiest.

try bios, just try to look to the sky at 180 ! Also putting more spin to misty's , flats etc can be quite fun

If freestyle trampoline can become borring if you do that every day, "classical" tramp can't.

You first have to learn how to bouce on your back, belly and butt.

When you know how to do it, the combinations are endless.

Of course its much easier to learn those type of tricks on a real trampoline, with a coach.

+ you dont need to do doubles to have a lot of fun.

tanner hall have donne some edit with great classic tricks, you can watch it for inspiration.

and for freestyle just do all your tricks both way with style and youll be alright, and sometimes if you change the grab it tottaly change your feelings. try grab that don't usually go with a tricks.

i'm a trampoline coach, so if you need anything, ask.

I'm probably gonna have a lot of hate for my horrible english.

haters should respond in french..thank you.
