That ray rice one is pretty terrible. As "offensive yet topical" costumes go, I still remember when Corey Lidle (Yankees pitcher) flew his personal plane into a building in NYC by accident a little while after 9/11, and it was around when the movie "The Aviator" came out. Some dude went as the Aviator from the movie, but wearing a Lidle jersey. That was pretty tough to top.
