creating moving .gifs

i used adobe photoready 7 to create a moving .gif i need for my website, buut the file is too big to upload to my website, and i would like to make the frames smaller. i can only change the size of one of the frames, and i cant change more than one, even one at a time. anyone know how i can make the picture size smaller, and the export the file size smaller?

so what youre saying is that i should only use 1 frame for a moving gif? thanks people, i know theyre are guys on here who know how to use this program

i use imageready to make icons, i (think it's the same program-just older). I just go to image>image size... and i can resize it no problem. i dunno why you can't though...

 
optimize it (use whatever nessessary colors... not 256) and theres other options in the 'optimize' toolbar.

what i want to know is how to save animated gifs. i always make awesome things but can't figure how to save them and use them as my ns icon for example.

File :: Save Optimized As :: It will display the file size in the lower left, tweak it so its the smallest possible at the quality you want. Or, before that do Image :: Image Size, and resize it, but make sure you check Constrain Proportions.
