Creating Mashups

Does anybody know of any good tutorials on how to create your own mashups? Im looking to do it without using any external hardware (Drumpads, mixers, etc.). I have been looking into some software called "Audiomulch" which is the software that Greg Gillis (GirlTalk) uses for his creations, but in order to use the software you have to use samples of songs, I was wondering how you would go about making your own music samples etc.

any help would be great

 
There is lots of tech audio editing programs that you could torrent, but these often take a while to learn to use.

I would reccomend audacity for basic cutting, making samples. It's free and pretty easy to use.

Also, look into downloading FL Studio. It's pretty legit and you can make your own beats samples on it.

It's not too hard to download and crack either. If you have the coin, I'd recommend buying it Here and support it.
